TEMPE, Ariz – USA Touch is excited to announce the new Quad Series - a regional select tournament intended to provide more "meaningful minutes" and create a high performance environment for players, coaches, referees, and administrators. This competition will be a stepping stone for USA Touch to identify players, coaches, and referees for international competitions. The Quad Series will start with men's open and women's+ open divisions and see teams competing in four new regional teams with the inaugural competition to be held from Friday April 11 to Sunday April 13, 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona. This new format will provide a new level of competition in the United States!
Teams are based on where a player resides and details of a draft system are being developed for players outside of these regions or not picked up in initial selections:
- Northwest (AK, ID, MT, ND, NE, North CA, OR, SD, WA, WY)
- Northeast (CT, DC, DE, IA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VA, VT, WI, WV)
- West (AZ, HI, NM, NV, Southern CA, UT)
- South (AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, KS, LA, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX)
We are also seeking applications for coaches, managers, S&C coaches, trainers, analysts, and support staff interested in leading a MO or WO+ team. Information on the role of regional coaches and the support provided by USA Touch is included in the Coaching EOI and was provided at the information session. The Quad Series is a great opportunity for two-way learning, broader coaching development at all levels, and will be the pathway to international coaching opportunities including open, junior, and age group USA teams. We encourage head coaches as well as S&C coaches, analysts, assistant coaches, managers, sports psychologists, nutritionists, and other high performance coaches to apply. Coaching teams may also apply.
Please submit your application by completing the Coaching EOI before EOD Sunday December 8, 2024. USA Touch will select coaching staff and reach out to other applicants by December 29, 2024.

This is also an added opportunity for our referees to increase their minutes on the field. With a vision to grow the level and involvement of referees in our game, this opportunity will provide our local referees with an incentive to be part of the top level referees that will be invited to this event. Those who are interested should complete the Referee EOI and work with the Referee Committee as we work towards this event.
